Shipping
Delivery is currently only available to the Metro Melbourne area. Please view our Delivery Areas page to check if delivery is available to your post code. If you are located outside of our delivery areas, you will need to arrange for collection of your order from our Braeside premises. We are working on expanding our delivery area, so please be sure to check back often to see if you have been included.

The delivery charge will be shown once you have entered the checkout process, but BEFORE you have entered any payment details.

The reason for it appearing once you have entered the checkout, is so that the shipping cost can be calculated using all of your required goods.  If we showed shipping per individual item, you would then miss out on the discount that you get by ordering multiple items to be delivered at the same time.

All goods ordered will be shipped by the end of the next business day.  Goods can only be delivered to an address which will have a contact to receive the goods. In order to keep the cost of freight down, an exact time for delivery cannot be arranged. If that is important to you, it is recommended that you select the pick-up option and arrange your own transport.
